Mexico is currently experiencing a severe drought, with heavy rainfall in the state of Guanajuato.
In the southern state of Guerrero, there are reports of looting and violence.
The government has said it is working on a plan to help communities affected by the drought.
The Mexican government has issued a statement saying it is “taking immediate steps to alleviate the suffering caused by the current drought”.
The government has also said that the drought is linked to climate change.
Mexico has been hit hard by the effects of El Niño, which has led to a series of severe storms.
Some states in Mexico have already reported record rainfall.
The country’s capital, Mexico City, saw record rainfall last week, with more than a foot of rain falling in just over a day.
